Credit Application

Credit may be granted to customers who submit the completed documentations below:

1. Credit Application
2. Personal Guaranty

Credit terms are as follows:

1. A credit limit will be assigned to your account once it has been approved. As a reflection of you account’s payment history, this credit limit may be increased or decreased at a later date.
2. Orders placed while there is an average outstanding balance present in your account will be held until the balance has been cleared.
3. You will be charged a $30 service fee if the bank returns the check(s) due to insufficient funds.
